Project led by Sara Rathburn receives funding to investigate the use of seismic and infrasound signals to monitor flow and transport in rivers
" Flow, Sediment Transport and Nutrient Flux Monitoring using Seismic and Infrasound Signals"
led by Sara Rathburn and together with collaborators Dr. Rick Aster and Dr. Brian Bledsoe has received funding from the CSU Water Center to investigate the use of seismic and infrasound to measure streamflow and sediment load during high flow events when conventional techniques are impractical.
Thank you for visiting the watershed hydrology and biogeochemistry research group at Colorado State University. We are interested in understanding the physical, biological, and human influences on hydrological, biogeochemical, and ecosystem processes.
